Medical Schemes

Working with South Africa’s medical scheme industry is an important way we make our treatment programmes more accessible to our clients. 

Medical scheme coverage extends to most of the treatment costs associated with our programme and include, but are not limited to, medication as well as assessments and therapeutic sessions with our team of medical professionals. These health professionals include doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, social workers and occupational therapists. 

Our primary care programme runs for a period of 21 days which is the same duration schemes are obligated to cover.  

Co-payments may be levied in instances where the client’s available benefits do not align with the full cost of our treatment programme.  

A private rate is available on request for prospective clients who do not belong to a scheme or those who have exhausted their available benefits.  

Changes is fully licensed to provide medical scheme-approved treatment and care.
